Marco Beach Ocean Resort, Marco Island, Florida. Omar and Jacqueline became interested in each other when they were matched up as partners in the Dancing with the Real Estate Stars Competition in Chicago in 2009. They practiced 3 times a week. Dancing works up your appetite so soon the dance practices included dinner, yes- three times a week. As Jacqueline tells the story “after performing our amazing dance routine and the competition came to an end, Omar said – so what are you doing this weekend, do you have any plans? From that day forward, the only plans we both ever had included the two of us.”
From the looks on their faces as they gaze into each others eyes their plans will be together forever for a lifetime. When you see them together it is just pure joy.
We had the opportunity this summer to go to Chicago and do an engagement session with Jacqueline and Omar. They took us to all of their favorite spots and we ended up at the Chicago Bean and Crown Fountain in Millennium Park after dark. We went all over Chicago that day and had a great time. So when it came time for the wedding Stefania and I knew them well and they trusted us.
The wedding was fabulous, they saw each other before the wedding for a first glance session and we had the chance to do all of their formal family photos in the beautiful Marco Beach Ocean Resort Gardens. Then we went out to the Marco Island Beach with Bob Mitchell of a Beautiful Florida Wedding for a romantic wedding ceremony. Sea Side Strings played during the ceremony and while we did wedding pictures on the beach at sunset. There were lots of seagulls and a strong cool breeze on the beach that evening. Then we went back up to the resort for a fabulous outdoor reception on the terrace of the Marco Beach Ocean Resort. There were wonderful toasts by both maid of honor and Omar’s 2 brother, the best men. Jacqueline and Omar’s moms then got up and their speeches were very touching. Dj Ceron did a wonderful job with the music and kept everyone entertained and dancing. Corrin Green, the wedding co-ordinator of the Marco Beach Ocean Resort did fantastic keeping everyone happy and relaxed. The Marco Island Florist did amazing bouquets and arrangement and Ella’s Cakes was delicious as always. Congratulations Jacqueline and Omar!
