Captiva Villas. Bringing together the finest in design and service, the Captiva Villas provide a higher standard
of living for discriminating guests.  These 43 Fort Myers condo suites are locations in our Captiva Villas building,
where guests will enjoy an innovative spray park pool deck and state-of-the-art fitness center.  Each one bedroom
unit boasts 656 sq ft of floor space offering plenty of room for up to four guests. Extra amenities are magnificent
views of the beach and gulf, oversized enclosed lanai, separate living and dining areas and premium quality
kitchen appliances. There are two telephone lines and hi-speed Internet access.
White Sand Villas. Each of these Fort Myers beach condos feature and open-air screened patio with direct views
of the Gulf and our famous Octopool.  Enjoy glorious architecture that redefines tropical elegance throughout our
resort, including Banyan tree pillars, and a floating shell fountain.  All beachfront units are located in our main
building, and are available with either one or two bedrooms.  Amenities are consistent with those above.
Estero Beach Villas.  Located in our Beach Villas building, these two bedroom, two bath units have been recently
renovated, and boast more than 1000 sq ft of living space.  Every one of these Fort Myers condos features
screened beachfront balconies that offer spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico.  With a king-sized bed in the
master bedroom and two double beds in the guest bedroom, these spacious accomomdations comfortably sleep up
to six people.  Your true “home away from home”, these Fort Myers condos also feature a full kitchen, dishwasher
and washer and dryer.  All other already named amenities are included.
Sanibel View Gulffront Studios. These studio style Fort Myers rentals are located in our Sanibel View building, and
are perfect for couples or families up to four.  Every unit is beachfront and features a spacious open-air screened
patio with direct views of the Gulf of Mexico. Units are available with one bathroom and one king or two queen-sized
beds. These units also feature a small kitchenette equipped with a ceramic two-burner stove, microwave, small
refrigerator and premium quality cookware.  Each unit has an enclosed lanai as well as the other amenities.
Gulffront One and Two Bedroom Suites.  With a living room and dining area and a separate kitchen each unit either
has one or two bedrooms with a sleeper sofa in the living room. Each also offers a private screened in balcony and
direct views of the Gulf of Mexico.
Bay View One Bedroom Cottage.  We invite you to escape to one of the original Pink Shell Cottages, a brand new
rustic “Old Florida Style” cottage on stilts with a Bay view. This cottage features a separate kitchen, full living room
and dining area, and an open sundeck overlooking Estero Bay. Feel your stress slip away the moment you arrive,
and rise early to watch the sunrise waterside at your dock.  The cottage is just a short walk to the white sand beach
overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and the Barrier Islands of Southwest Florida.  The one bedroom cottage also features
a sleeper sofa.
RESTAURANTS AT PINK SHELL BEACH RESORT
Although Fort Myers Beach sports many restaurants to match any taste and budget, Pink Shell Beach Resort has
two on the resort property itself.
Jack’s is open for Breakfast only.
Jo Jo’s is open for Lunch and Dinner featuring sandwiches and “fresh catch” for lunch, and steaks, other meats and
“fresh catch” for dinner.
