Marco Beach Ocean Resort Wedding Photography, Marco Island, Florida.  Kristin and Eric were married last weekend in a beautiful destination beach wedding at sunset on Marco Island.  Kristin’s daughter Kerri was the flowergirl and stole the show.  She had a floral wreath from the Marco Island Florist which made her even more adorable and went perfect with her dress.  She loved how poofy her dress was and she thought she looked like a marshmellow.  After the beach ceremony she ran after all the seagulls on the beach and loved to watch them take off and fly.

They had perfect weather with no humidity so it was a delightful outdoor reception on the terrace overlooking the beach.  The guests loved to be overlooking the beach at sunset and dined under the stars.  They were lots of fun to work with and both Kristin and Eric are very easygoing.  It was a great evening and all the guests had a wonderful time.  The Marco Island Florist did the wedding bouquets and centerpieces.  Ella’s Cake did the beautiful wedding cake with the pink roses and John Caltabiano of A Sound Sensation was the DJ.  Here are a few images from their wedding photography.  To view their wedding slideshow please click on the following link:  Kristin and Eric’s Wedding Slideshow at the Marco Beach Ocean Resort

Marco Beach Ocean Resort Wedding Photography.  Last weekend we were delighted to photograph Laura and Greg’s Destination Beach Wedding at the Marco Beach Ocean Resort.  The weatherman had predicted a 90% chance of rain that day so we were elated when there was sunshine and a fantastic sunset.  Reverend Steven Wigdahl of the Emmanuel Lutheran Church in Naples did a beautiful ceremony on the beach and Laura’s dad, Bill, who is a concert pianist played for all the guests during the ceremony.  They had a beach theme for their wedding and had the most adorable sea turtle for favors.  They commissioned the Marco Island Shell Club to make little sea turtles out of shells as favors for all of the guests.  The Shell Club has a charitable focus and fund a scholarship for a SW Florida college student studying marine biology.

Laura and Greg live in Denver, Colorado and met on eharmony.  I love the story of their engagement.  Greg surprised Laura with a three day weekend “in the mountains” that turned out to be the Ritz Carlton at the Beaver Creek Ski Resort and they took her dog Eva along too!  It was a perfect weekend and she said yes on the spot.

Back to the wedding- after the ceremony and family photos and romantic wedding photos on the beach everyone went to the ballroom for the reception.  All the guests were entertained by DJ Ceron all evening.  At 9 pm there were amazing fireworks on the beach which we all viewed from the Marco Beach Ocean Resort Terrace.  It was a wonderful evening and Corrin Green, the wedding co-ordinator of the Marco Beach Ocean Resort did a fabulous job.  To view the slideshow from their wedding please click on the link:  Laura and Greg’s Marco Beach Ocean Resort Destination Wedding

Glen Eagle Country Club, Naples, Florida.  Last weekend we had the pleasure of photographing Jennifer and Clay’s Wedding at the Faith Lutheran Church in Naples and reception at the Glen Eagle Country Club.  Both Jennifer and Clay were living in Naples when they were introduced on the beach in 2006.  Their romance blossomed and Clay proposed at the same restaurant they went to on their first date.  Jennifer looked gorgeous in her strapless David’s Bridal gown with beading  extending down the front and sides of the dress. You must see her zebra striped shoes she wore with her wedding gown! Her two sisters Tiffany and Brittany were bridesmaids.   Tiffany is also engaged and we will be also be photographing her wedding to Paul in February at the Strand Country Club.  The wedding ceremony at the Faith Lutheran Church was beautiful and we did the formal family photos on the altar there and then Jennifer and Clay traveled by limo to the country club.  Kary Bertrand, the Food and Beverage Manager of the Country Club did a great job.  The flowers were done by Gene’s Fifth Avenue Florist and the DJ was Douglas Williams.  Wedding Cake was by Publix.  To view the slideshow from their wedding please click on the following link:  Jennifer and Clay’s Wedding Slideshow at Glen Eagle Country Club

Sanibel Harbour Resort, Fort Myers, Florida.  This weekend we had the pleasure of photographing the fabulous work of Suhaag Gardens, an exclusive event design firm which specializes in Exquisite Florals, Fabulous Event Design and Specialty Linens for all occasions.  They are located in Miami and Orlando and do amazing work.  The owner of Suhaag Gardens, Jilna Patel Jasani emailed me a few months ago and requested that I photograph all the details for an upcoming Indian wedding at the Sanibel Harbour Resort.  I was already committed for the afternoon and evening for another wedding but was happy to photograph the morning Wedding Ceremony site at the resorts Island Room.  The entire room was transformed into the most beautiful location for a wedding that I have ever seen.  Jilna and her mom Bharti were delightful to work with and create very unique high end designs and decor for every occasion.  To view more of Suhaag Gardens work please check out their website at: www.suhaaggarden.com

Marco Beach Ocean Resort Wedding Photography, Marco Island, Florida. Last weekend Jesse and George had a fantastic destination beach wedding on Marco Island.
It’s clear from the pictures how much in love they are with each other. We had lots of fun taking wedding photos before the ceremony in all of the
amazing architecture and fabulous tropical backdrops of the Marco Beach Resort. Jesse and George saw each other in an emotional first glance session in private. Then
we had time to do all of their romantic photos alone before the families met us in the garden for the formal group wedding photos. The wedding ceremony on the beach
was lovely with family and friends who attended the emotional ceremony and helped them celebrate in the ballroom afterwards.
Dominick J Buonantuono of Mobile Sound Entertainment was the DJ and kept everyone dancing all night. Amy Ortiz of Cinderella Bridez did a wonderful job with the girls hair and makeup.

Marco Beach Ocean Resort, Marco Island, Florida.  This week Kristin and Justin had an intimate destination beach wedding at the Marco Beach Ocean Resort.  Kristin looked beautiful in her Maggie Sottero Wedding Gown and she went barefoot on the beach.  Meeting in the tropical gardens of the Marco Beach Ocean Resort they saw each other for the first time on their wedding day in a first glance session.  We then traveled around the resort for wedding images of them alone and then we returned for the formal group wedding images.  Then everyone walked down the Marco Beach Ocean Resort boardwalk to the beach for the wedding ceremony.  We all stayed on the beach for the sunset and Justin and Kristin ran down the beach with seagulls flying everywhere.  It made some fantastic wedding photos with the sunset and water in the background.  It was an mostly overcast night on the beach and the rain held off until we were returning to the resort.  They celebrated over dinner in the Sale E Pepe Restaurant at the resort with friends and family after the ceremony.   Congratulations Kristin and Justin!
